I lead product organizations across Japan, Greater China, and the US — wiring research, design, and engineering into one operating rhythm, scaling the work, and growing the teams that carry it. In parallel I build from zero. Right now that means a cross-border venture connecting Chinese furniture manufacturing to Japanese hospitality buyers — physical goods, long sales cycles, and an AI layer underneath that most of the industry hasn't noticed yet. My instinct is for the early, unstructured phase, where taste matters more than process. My standard is staying through until the metric moves.
